Methods: We fed normal diet and administered DDW 0.2§¢ to normal group for 7 weeks, high fat diet and administered DDW 0.2§¢ to control group for 7 weeks, high diet and administered CST 500§·/§¸ 0.2§¢ to sample A group for 7 weeks, and high diet and administered CSTG 500§·/§¸ 0.2§¢ to sample B group for 7 weeks.

Results: CST and CSTG decreased weight, serum total cholesterol level, serum HDL-cholesterol, serum free fatty acid level, serum phospholipid level, serum triglyceride level and serum total lipid level in comparison with control group. Especially CST has a significant record in serum total lipid and CSTG has better effects in decreasing body weight and serum triglyceride level.
